In Mousesteps Weekly #185, we talk about these topics:

Cinco de Mayo at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, which was a vibrant celebration of the holiday. Cast Members decorated golf carts for a parade, and Minnie Mouse dressed in a unique costume to greet guests. It was a fun time!

Next, we head to Disney Springs. We are less than one week until Town Center opens, with a small amount of restaurants opening with it (including Sprinkles, The Daily Poutine, and maybe Amorettes Patisserie and D-Luxe Burger). The Edison is set to open in 2017.

We were invited to Portobello Country Italian Trattoria at Disney Springs, and had a lovely meal. We tried the local honey lemonade and a number of different dishes (including a juicy pork chop) that were delicious. One standout was the wood roasted portobello mushroom.

Next, we head to Disney's Hollywood Studios to check out some new meet and greets. Minnie Mouse and Mickey as the Sorcerers apprentice are part of "Red Carpet Dreams" - with two new backdrops. Olaf also is in a new location, and Pluto has moved where Minnie was at the Disney Junior area. We even stop to say hi to Doc McStuffins.
